Prat Bhatt has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Cisco Systems, Inc. since July 2009 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Bhatt served as Vice President of Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller of Cisco from June 2007 to July 25, 2009 and also served as its Vice President. Mr. Bhatt joined Cisco in November 2000 as Manager of Finance and served as its Controller of Finance since January 2002, Director of Finance since May 2003 and Senior Director of Finance since December 2005. Before joining Cisco, Mr. Bhatt was employed by Kaiser Permanente and served as its Director of Financial Operational Services, prior to which he was employed by Ernst & Young LLP, as Senior Manager. He serves as a Member of Standing Advisory Group at Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
