Allison Uyehara is the Senior Manager over the SOX Process Lead team within the FCRM Group at Cisco. She has been with the Company for 13 years, and has held several roles, such as Corporate Controller Group’s Program Manager, SEC Reporting Manager, and US Partner Finance Manager. Prior to Cisco, Allison was an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young for 3.5 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Kenan Barnes is the Process Lead over Cisco Capital, BTOF, Treasury, Pricing, and Internal Audit within the FCRM group at Cisco. He has been with Cisco for 3 years, holding roles in both the SOX Readiness and SOX Process Lead team. Prior to working at Cisco, he was a Senior Consultant in Risk Advisory at Ernst & Young. Kenan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Christina Prange is the Process Lead over Financial Statement Close, Close and Reporting, Fixed Assets, Corporate Finance, and Tax within the FCRM group at Cisco. She has been at Cisco for over 8 years, Prior to working at Cisco, she worked at IBM as a Business Controls Driver and Controls Process Driver for over 9 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from NC State University.
