Great emphasis on the key failures when thinking about or doing a system implementation. The procedural misalignments and the quality of the accounting data are critical to success. The War Stories were right on point.

It had good information, it just wasn't well structured. I would also find it more beneficial to dive deeper into one or two examples rather than briefly go over several.

Extremely dull presentation. The powerpoint information needs more bullet points and less paragraphs. The instructor was not very enthusiastic when speaking.

I liked hearing about what not to do from an experienced provider of these services. I will pass this along to our IT and Accounting groups.

Clearly Mr. Spivak speaks from experience, but the course isn't well organized, and the slides do not contribute to learning.
