This 2 Credit Hour Course focuses on specific cases of Tax Preparers Gone “Bad”. Your instructor, Arthur Reed, MBA, CPA, MST analyzes tax fraud cases that have hit the headlines. He will then relate the violations to the IRS Circular 230 publication. This course will cover the following topics: Review IRS Circular 230 Review IRS Bulletin 2017-35 and several criminal cases
