Good reminders of things I knew but had not used in a while. One thing we have encountered is a customer with long-term delivery schedule who says they don't have room for product, pay for the product but ask us to store it. It is always in a clearly marked area, but I wonder about it sometimes.

Great course. Highly recommended course to anyone involved in day to day review of contracts and sales. This course summarizes the issues involved and business, not just back end, solutions. Accountants should go out of their cubicles and be involved with real business.

The presenter knowledge and experience, no accent, very clear and understandable. I love the note about how to deal and educate American companies to deal with other countries, very true as I'm dealing with this type of issues every single day. Thanks!

Flips the order of the usual presentation format by using a real life example as the starting point for each discussion. Very effective for communicating the concepts without getting bogged down in the technical details.
