It would've been helfpul to have the pdf version of the course materials so I can read it much faster than having to listen to the video.
Relevant scenarios covered in this short course. Good summary of Schedule E and Form 8582, including examples provided.
Very interesting and applicable to my current situation. Makes it easy to understand and follow
great instructor. Quite a bit of the material is out of date though with the new tax law.
it was good informative pretty through. This was real basic course for beginners.
This course would be most relevant to a tax preparer not familiar with rentals.
