This course covers passive loss issues for the small tax client and consist of basis, at risk limitations, single versus multiple activities, carry-forwards, Form 8582 and Dispositions, IRS Code Section 469, IRS Publication 925, IRS Forms K-1 and 8582 Disposition of Passive Activities, Passive Creditss and Real World Taxpayer Scenarios.
