This one-hour course is designed (when taken in conjunction with the Illumeo General Ethics Course to meet the state-specific ethics continuing professional education (CPE) requirements for CPAs in the state of Ohio, as outlined by the Ohio State Board of Accountancy. This portion of the course covers the Ohio Statutes and Code. 

Learning Objectives

  • Identify Ohio statutes and regulations governing the practice of public accountancy.
  • Recognize professional ethics and conduct for Ohio CPAs.
  • Explore application of statutes and rules to in-state and out-of-state CPAs
