Finance leaders are tasked with taking on a role that is at odds with the traditional role of a finance leader, “Mr. No”, and being the chief strategy officer.  How can finance get along with and help lead the strategic initiatives of HR, sales, and marketing from their seats in the finance organization?

This course focuses on how finance leaders can develop and master soft skills which will afford them the opportunity to "own" the role of chief strategy officers at their companies, and define and lead the execution of their company’s strategic vision.
